A rock with 2 buns and a cup full of ice.
I ordered a Chicken Breast sandwich meal with a medium drink and fries. The fries were hot, but I got a patty that resembled a rock with 2 buns and soggy lettuce and a drink that had more ice than the drink! It had at least 3/4 ice in the cup. I went directly back to the restaurant and met the manager. She was SO indifferent to what I told her. I could have been a bitch about it, but I was nice and direct about the issue. I showed her the sandwich (which was close to burnt) and the drink. She just said "oh." And I said, "I was wondering if I could have my money back because I was unsatisfied." She didn't say anything, got my money back and gave it to me and turned around and walked away. She didn't care at all.
I have worked at the food industry before and know that is NOT how you are supposed to handle a situation like that! From previous experience, I know that a manager would not only apologize and give a full refund, but replace the food at no cost, make it FRESH and apologize! The service here and the lack of caring makes me not want to come back, not to mention be served a sandwich that looks like it's been under a heat lamp for a day and a half. I know quality suffers when you go to a fast food joint, but this is beyond intolerable. Ick. I'll pass, thanks.

Classic hamburgers and batter-dipped fries attract fast-food fans to this drive-through restaurant..
In Short
Founded in the south in the 1980s, this chain is based on the idea of offering good food and drive-through convenience. Hamburger options include a basic single-patty burger and the two-patty Big Buford. There menu also features chili dogs, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches, batter-dipped spicy fries and shakes. The red-and-white restaurants are known for having two drive-through windows and no interior seating. However, many locations offer walk-up windows and outside seating at picnic-style tables.
