Not at all happy with this retailer. I have had two bad experiences on two different occasions with him saying he would do something and not come through with it. I have a hard time believing that a business can afford to operate in this way, especially in the economic environment we are in today. I would NOT recommend them.

Please be honest with your customers and stop deceiving them. Also, quit taking on more business than you can handle at one time. People HATE being lied to. I was told that my order of 7 shirts, one hat and two pairs of pants would be ready in less than two weeks. Every time I called after that two weeks, I was given excuse after excuse why it wasn't ready; however, I knew that it was because they had taken on more orders than they could handle. After a full month, only half of my order was ready BUT IT WASN'T THE STYLE OR COLOR OF SHIRTS THAT I HAD ORDERED!!! I wanted a certain style and color that their store did not carry but the owner found what I wanted in a catalog so I ordered seven shirts with the embroidered name of my husband's business on them. When I went to pick them up, I was shocked to find that THE SHIRTS WERE NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED! To my dismay, the owner lied and told me that those were indeed the ones that I ordered because he did not carry the ones I described in his store. I told him that that I knew that and that this was the reason why I ordered them from one of the catalogs he showed me....all the time while acting totally clueless (he's not a good actor though!). He then lied to me again (to try to save his hide and to make me think that I was the crazy one) and said that none of the catalogs that he carries has the type of shirt that I described (it the very popular layered-look style). I was so angry about being lied to that I asked for a full refund, which was given to me without any problem. I am SO upset that I wanted an entire month for NOTHING! I will NEVER EVER take my business to Country Shack again and I will warn others that need this type of service to take their business else where.

Everything is always right. We always get our shirts made at Country Shack and they are right every time.

THEY SUCK. I put my order in Tues. morning and told them i needed it by Sunday, they said that was fine. I gave them a 3 designs and that they belong on the back of the Shirts. One design was suppose to be on my tshirt 1 design was suppose to be on my moms tshirt, and the other design is for the rest of the tshirts. I was suppose to have 43 tshirts and there were 31 and the design was wrong, it was on the front not the back, and the blue was smudged. They are rediculous, they said they would re-do them, and the owner of the buisness, he sucks to. He called me a liar and that all the shirts were there and they werent. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING..,.. He wont give me any money back for the shirts, or give me extra shirts or anything. He said the only thing he could do is replace the shirts no extra charge.;...THEY SUCK.... I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN
