Had my daughter take her car in for and estimate since she goes to Ball State. Original estimate was $2500 which was not the cheapest or most expensive. She seemed to like and feel comfortable with the staff. They came back with a second estimate after taking the car apart which was $2800. An over 10 % increase. Either they are very poor estimators or they just ripped us off. Please ask for a very detailed estimate especially if your a woman.

Bad Service. I was in Muncie , Indiana when my car broke down. My brother is a mechanic and said my timing chain was broke and needed fixed. I called dadsons and they said they could fix it. My car was there for a couple of hours and they had not done anything but run a bunch of test that i didnt even know they were running. I ask for them to fix timing chain and they ran a 52 point inspection. without even calling me or telling me they were doing this. Mark called me after a few hours and said that i was already up to 248.00 and he needed to run another test that was $75.00. I didnt ask for anything but, my timing chain to be fixed. They say they only fix what needs fixing thats a lie. Needless to say i got my car out of there shop and will have someone else look at it. so i spent $320 dollars for NOTHING. I will never use or recommend this Shop. I have reported them to better business bureau and Angies list. Dont take your car to these people they will rip you off!!

Not sure about the other review...... Had a great experience with Dadsons! Not sure the problem the other had but everyhting was repaired as quoted. Not only did they repair my vehicle, they gave me a loaner to drive in the while my vehicle was in the shop. Wow!! Would definitely recommend Dadsons to everyone I know, even my mother-in-law!

Expensive place. Very expensive..got ripped off..make sure u get a quote before getting any service ..

They checked my car for 20 mins...nothing major..but still charged big $$$..
