Great prices, awful service. First and only time I will be doing business with World Music Supply. Their prices are competitive, but their service is awful. No communication concerning shipping. Had to contact them myself to find out what was going on. When the product finally shipped, they sent it to the wrong address, and they wouldn't even upgrade the shipping after that. The initial promise of 1-5 days shipping became 11 days. Mistakes happen everywhere, but it's how people - and businesses - deal with mistakes that makes a difference. Only recommended if you are not in a hurry to get your product.

easy to understand. The web site was easy to understand and performed well. We will ultimately be able to better evaluate this experience once the product is received. Thanks

I rec'd my order very quickly. I rec'd my order very quickly, which i was extremely happy about since i had such a negative intrepretation of when it would get to me due to the website. The big box, however, was ripped up and had holes in it, fortunately the merchandise inside wasn't damaged. also, i had NO instructions, so i had to 'wing it' when i put the drumset together. All in all, I would not hesitate to order from World Music Supply again. The drumset is well worth the money
